beach ed trip

On Friday the year 5's and 4 year 4's went to beach ed and this is me being sun smart.                                                                   

This is Ollie being a lifeguard with all the life saving equipment to save people's lives.                                                                        The year 5's and the year 4s split in to two groups and the year 4s did stretches.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        I learnt that a rip looks like calm water     

when i first learnt ride

When i first learnt how to ride  
When i was 3 years old i learnt how to my ride my bike with training wheels, I was extremely enthused and happy because it was the first time riding a bike. When I turned 5 I got a new bike from my dad, I was so happy because when i first rode i didn't need training wheels now and i was able to ride around my neighbourhood with my dad,

beach head rules

  1. swim between the flags.                                        swim between the flags because the strong currents.                                     2. Have an adult watch over you.                          have an adult watch over you because you can drown or get knocked out.                  3. Listen to the advice from surf lifeguards             the surf lifeguards at the beach know all about the sea and strong currents.

    4. never swim or surf alone.                                                             when you head into the water you need to make sure that you have someone with you so you can help each other stay safe in the surf.                                                            

  5.if in doubt stay out.                                                if you are at the beach without surf lifeguards and you think the water is not safe to go in stay out.
